Jessie moved to France in 1995 and worked under two 3 Michelin star chefs, Bernard Loiseau and Micheal Troisgros, then moved to Paris in 2000 and created Chef a domicile Paris where he cooked for politicians, fashion designers and many corporations for 8 years before moving back to United States. The most important knowledge he learned from his travels was an appreciation and understanding that the best way to showcase an ingredient is by simply allowing the natural flavors to prevail. Letting the ingredients lead and learning from the chemistry is an essential and comes through in Jessie’s menus as he works alongside of a master Gardener from Fanwood, New Jersey. Passion drives Jessie as is the love that he brings to the kitchen to create simple, clean, yet elegant dishes. Welcome to Jessie’s world!
