Jessie is a classically trained chef who has worked in France under two 3 Michelin star chefs, Bernard Loiseau and Micheal Troisgros.
In 2000, he moved to Paris and created Chef a domicile, a private chef business where he cooked for politicians, fashion designers and corporations for 8 years before moving back to United States.
The most important knowledge he learned from his travels was an appreciation and understanding that the best way to showcase an ingredient is by simply allowing the natural flavors to prevail. Letting the ingredients lead and learning from the chemistry is an essential and comes through in Jessie’s menus. Passion drives Jessie as is the love that he brings to the kitchen to create simple, clean, yet elegant dishes.
